As is well known, ZTE is reportedly working on its newest smartphone, the Axon 30. This news has been discussed since the beginning of this year and is expected to be officially released this month. And today, in a publication on Weibo, the Chinese company confirmed that the ZTE Axon 30 series will be launched on April 15.
In addition to confirming the release date, ZTE has also published in its Weibo account an official image of the collection on the back of one phone, confirming interesting details.
From the picture, it can be concluded that the new ZTE Axon 30 phones would have invested heavily in cameras. The back of the phone has a massive camera area with four camera sensors. The camera comes with the text “3x 64MP”, which can refer to the device’s three 64MP camera sensors. In addition to the three cameras, the device sees a periscope camera that is likely to provide 5x or 10x optical zoom. Alongside the cameras, there is also an LED flash and laser autofocus.
The picture shows that the Axon 30 has a high-quality structure consisting of aluminum and glass surfaces. The design is strongly reminiscent of Samsung’s last fall Galaxy Note 20 devices. According to previous data, at least the Axon 30 Pro would have Qualcomm’s most powerful Snapdragon 888 system chip and powerful LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1 memory. The phone is also expected to get a 4500mAh hour battery that supports a fast 65-watt fast charge.
The Axon 30 is also expected to feature a screen-mounted front camera, such as was previously seen on the ZTE Axon 20. This time, the resolution of the front camera is rumored to be 44MP. The monitor would be developed by Visionox and is rumored to have Full HD + resolution, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and a 360 Hz touch sensitivity.
So ZTE Axon 30 series will introduce next week on April 15 in China, but so far there is no information about the global release. The names of the upcoming phones are rumored to be ZTE Axon 30, Axon 30 Pro, and Axon 30 Pro +.
