Schenker’s gaming brand XMG has released information about the latest APEX Series laptops, which will be used as an entry level series. They will be equipped with AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS processors and support for Nvidia GeForce 4050 and GeForce 4060 graphics cards. IPS panel with FHD resolution and 144Hz refresh rate.
The APEX series also brings an improved chassis with improved composite cooling capabilities, a four-way fan design, and support for a do-it-yourself repairable design with dual DDR5 and PCIe Gen 4×4 slots; Two SO-DIMM slots are supported, providing users with up to 64GB of DDR5-4800 memory, as well as adequate storage through two M.2 SSD slots.
APEX 15 and 17 models feature A 144Hz, 300nit FHD IPS matte panel covering 90% sRGB color gamut with one USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, A USB-A 2.0 port, with separate headphone and microphone jacks, and a full-size SD card reader; The APEX M23 laptop back supports one HDMI 2.1 and one mini-DisplayPort 1.4a port for G-SYNC, as well as a gigabit Ethernet jack; Retail models will come with keyboards with a more standard ISO layout and “normal” Enter keys.
