Blogger @digital Chat website revealed that Xiaomi is testing a new phone with a camera under the screen. The front-facing camera has a high pixel solution, and the screen supplier is Huaxing Optoelectronics with a resolution of FHD+.
Previously, in the second half of 2021, Mi MIX 4 debuted an under-screen camera with a 20-megapixel front-facing camera.
Now, according to the revelations, Xiaomi’s new under-screen camera phone uses a higher Sensor than 20 megapixels, which is expected to further improve the selfie aspect.
It’s worth noting that, like the MIX 4, Xiaomi’s new underscreen camera phone has no notch and no holes in the true full-screen form.
It is reported that Xiaomi’s under-screen camera technology adopts a new pixel layout scheme, and at the same time uses a special circuit design to hide more components under RGB sub-pixels, so that the transmittance of the under-screen camera area is further improved.

Combined with xiaomi’s self-developed camera optimization algorithm, the camera under the normal screen is not transparent and has its own filter like photography experience, so that the camera under the screen can achieve almost the same imaging performance as the conventional front-facing camera.
