Xiaomi launched two flagships, the XIaomi Mi 12 and Mi 12 Pro this year, and the rumored super cup did not appear simultaneously.
The blogger @Digital Chat Station broke the news that the Xiaomi Super Cup flagship codenamed l1, machine has a rear three-camera system, which is Xiaomi’s top imaging flagship this year, and maybe named Xiaomi Mi MIX 5, or it may be named Xiaomi Mi 12 Ultra.
According to the leaked protective case, there are several openings on the back of Xiaomi’s top imaging flagship, which seems to indicate that the phone has more than three cameras.
In this regard, @Digital Chat Station explained that both the main and secondary cameras are equipped with new technologies and new module solutions, as well as dual anti-shake and hidden auxiliary imaging sensors, which make the protective case have to open a lot of holes.
In addition to being equipped with a three-camera system, Xiaomi’s top imaging flagship will join hands with Leica.

As we all know, Leica has cooperated with Huawei, and Huawei has brought the most classic “German flavor” to the field of mobile phones. Through this cooperation, Huawei has skyrocketed in the field of photography. At the same time, Huawei has enhanced its brand influence and successfully established itself in the ultra-high-end mobile phone market.
Now that Xiaomi is holding hands with Leica, the imaging strength will go further. In fact, before joining hands with Leica, Xiaomi had already made a top imaging flagship.
In the first half of last year, Xiaomi released the ultra-high-end flagship Mi 11 Ultra, positioned as the “Light of Android”.
One of the biggest highlights of the phone is the image. The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra debuted the Samsung GN2 image sensor in the world. With the help of the self-developed Ye Xiao algorithm and adjustment, it was listed on DXOMARK as soon as it was released, becoming the smartphone with the best image at that time.
Now with the help of Leica, Xiaomi’s top imaging flagship does not rule out the possibility of once again dominating the DXOMARK list, which will be Xiaomi’s “Light of Android in 2022”.
