Xiaomi Redmi Pad was first launched in the Indian market. Now, the official announcement is coming to the Philippine market. The basic model 6GB+128GB is priced at 14,999 Philippine pesos (about 1,845 yuan). But the launch date has not yet been announced.
Redmi Pad is equipped with a 10.6-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1200 x 2000 and a refresh rate of 90Hz. Four speakers with Dolby Atmos tuning are also supported. The tablet is powered by MediaTek’s Helio G99 chip and is configured with 3GB/4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage. The Redmi Pad is equipped with an 8000mAh battery with 18W charging power.
Redmi Pad has a rear 8-megapixel camera that supports a 105-degree field of view; a front-facing 8-megapixel camera supports FocusFrame, which can track user movements during video calls. The RedmiPad is equipped with the MIUI 13 system based on Android 12 and guarantees three years of software support and two major Android version updates.
Redmi Pad comes in Graphite Grey, Moonlight Silver, and Mint Green colors. It is expected to land in more countries/regions, including the Chinese market.
