Igeekphone, March 26 news, science and technology media xpertpick published a blog post yesterday (March 25), reported that Xiaomi REDMI Pad 2 through the global certification, is expected to be released in April this year.
Two REDMI tablets, model 25040RP0AG and 2505DRP06G, were certified by the European EEC in January this year, followed by the Indian version (ending with “I”) appearing in the BIS database last week. The latest report says that the 25040RP0AG has been certified by IMDA in Singapore, TDRA in UAE and FCC in USA, confirming its name as REDMI Pad 2.
The European (ending with “G”), Indian (ending with “I”) and UAE (ending with “A/E”) versions were released, suggesting a simultaneous multi-regional release. The model prefix “2504” and “2505” suggest that Millet will release the tablet in April and May.
According to the certification information, the tablet rear left oval single camera module, printed on the bottom of the REDMI logo, the top with two speakers and power buttons. Support dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4G / 5G) and Bluetooth, pre-installed surging system version 2.1.
