Finally, Redmi Note 6 Pro officially released and Thailand was chosen by Xiaomi as the first country to get a mobile phone to the successor to the Redmi Note 5 Pro. At present, Foreign Technical Guruji has released the unboxing video of Redmi Note 6 Pro on YouTube.
Some changes appear to be carried by Xiaomi to the new line of Redmi Note. One of them is four cameras with AI support, each of which is embedded in the rear body and looks face. Thus, the Redmi Note 6 Pro officially became Xiaomi’s first mobile phone with a total of four lenses. The dual-camera rear configuration is still the same as the Redmi Note 5 Pro.
The main camera has a 12MP configuration and a secondary camera with a 5MP depth sensor. However, the pixel size is greater that is 1.4 nm from 1.25 nm and the aperture is greater, from f / 1.9 now f / 2.2 which is equipped with dual autofocus. The dual camera on the back has also been equipped with AI Scene Recognition.
While on the front, the main camera module has a 20MP configuration and a second lens of the 2MP depth sensor. To meet self-catering needs, the Redmi Note 6 Pro complements the front camera with a technology called AI Portrait 2.0 to produce a bokeh effect .
On the display side, the Redmi Note 6 Pro has a 6.26-inch IPS screen span. The body is framed with a metal material and plastic panels at the top and bottom. The most obvious physical change other than the number of cameras is the appearance of a notch or bangs that were not in the previous series. Xiaomi claims the body to screen ratio reaches 86%. The screen brightness level is said to have 500 nits and is protected by 2.5D Gorilla Glass.
Unfortunately, Redmi Note 6 Pro still relies on the same processor as before, the Snapdragon 636 chipset. Combined with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory and supported by a 4000mAh battery. The battery capacity is promised to be strong to play the game for 6 hours or watch videos for 8.5 hours. It also helps that the Redmi Note 6 Pro runs Android 8.1 Oreo instead of Nougat.
The Redmi Note 6 Pro is available in Thailand for 6,990 Thai baht (about $216) in black, blue, and rose gold. Xiaomi did not yet announce the phone for other markets.
