Xiaomi’s unreleased Redmi Note 12S phone has already appeared in the US FCC certification database with model number 2303CRA44. It will have the same design as last year’s Redmi Note 11S, including a perforated screen and a matrix-shaped rear quad arrangement, according to credentials.
The FCC certification also indicates that it will have a 3.5mm headphone jack and infrared transmitter. It will also be sold with a 67W charger called the MDY-14-EU, which differs from the 33W charger that comes with the Redmi Note 11S.
According to the source, the phone will feature similar specs to the Note 11S, a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with FHD + resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate, It is expected to have the same Mediatek Helio G96 chip as the Note 11S as well as a 5000mAh battery.
The 8-core design includes two Cortex-A76 cores at 2.05GHz, LPDDR4x and UFS 2.2 support, HyperEngine 2.0 Lite gaming technology, and dual 4G support.
