Xiaomi decided not to equip its new smartphone, the Redmi K30 Pro, with a 108MP camera. This was stated by an insider of Digital Chat Station.
According to the expert, the Redmi K30 Pro smartphone will not be included in the line of premium gadgets like Xiaomi Mi 10. Despite the fact that the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor will be responsible for its performance, the device will not receive the top-end 108MP camera.
It will be replaced by a 64MP Sony IMX686 sensor, which is present in the standard Xiaomi Redmi K30 smartphone. The camera will be in “Oreo style”, but the lens placement is different from K30. Also, the novelty will receive different lenses. Earlier this information was confirmed by the publisher XDA-Developers.
It is also known that the Redmi K30 Pro will receive fast-charging power of 30 watts, the flagship Snapdragon 865 chipset as the hardware base, as well as an AMOLED, display instead of the LCD in the Redmi K30. The other features of Redmi K30 Pro there should be 8GB of RAM, Android 10 and the interface customized by the manufacturer MIUI 11.
It will be interesting to find out at what price Redmi will launch its new smartphone (it should cost less than the Xiaomi Mi 10 series ) and when it will make its official debut on the market.
The presentation of the new budget flagship is expected in March. Therefore, it will take another month to look at the endless news about this device, which will appear every day and give us little crumbs of information about the new product.
