Apparently, the presentation of Xiaomi Redmi 8 will take place very, very soon. The model was seen in the database of the TENAA regulator, and now it has appeared in first-hand photographs.
Thanks to real photos, it became clear that the module will be offered in red. A photo of the back panel confirms the presence of a fingerprint scanner, a flash and two modules in a vertical orientation. But in front of Xiaomi Redmi 8, we see a drop-shaped cutout under the front camera.
As it is mentioned through TENAA, the device that was found on the portal of the Chinese certification body is comes with model number M1908C3IC, in fact, presents hardware not really from top of the range, indeed. We are talking about a smartphone that will have a 6.21-inch display with a resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels and probably a notch that will contain a sensor for the 8MP front camera.
For the rear, instead, we find a double camera, in the vertical position, with the main 12MP sensor. Just below the dual camera we also find a fingerprint sensor and, even further down, an inscription with the name of the company.
Inside the device, we find a 2.00 GHz octa-core processor. As far as memory is concerned, according to the certification, this papal Redmi 8 will present three configurations: 2/16GB, 3/32GB, and 4/64GB of memory. In all configurations, there will be the possibility of expanding the memory via SD card up to 512GB. To close the picture of the specifications is the battery that will be well 5000mAh.
As well as the rumors for the Redmi Note 8, even these for the Redmi 8 are to be taken absolutely with pliers. The new Redmi device, in fact, is expected not before February / March and, therefore, we are still far from a probable launch period. However, the company may have already gone ahead with the development of a first prototype.
