Xiaomi is on a roll of releases. At the end of March we were in China to get to know the new Mi MIX 2S and couple days ago they announced their first gaming smartphone, the Black Shark. As we know the Xiaomi Redmi 6A has already appeared on previous leaks and today it reappears thanks to Geekbanch.
The latest leak is from the benchmarking site Geekbench, which reveals certain aspects of the upcoming smartphone. Posted under the name Xiaomi “cereus”, the terminal will mount a MediaTek MT6765 8-core chip that will operate at a maximum frequency of 2GHz and this chip uses a 12nm process. The device sports 3GB of RAM and we expected that its internal memory will be least 32GB that may be expandable via a microSD card like Redmi 5A. Regarding the software, the successor of Redmi 5A is running Android 8.1 Oreo.
The Xiaomi “cereus” has scored 745 points in the single-core test and 3562 points in the multi-core test at Geekbench.
Basically, the specification Xiaomi Redmi 5A is not much different from the previous smartphone made by Xiaomi. The Xiaomi Redmi 5A specification series includes 28nm Snapdragon 425 processor which has four Cortex-A53 CPU core speeds of 1.4 GHz and Adreno 308 GPU. At present, most of the Smartphones are 8-core, and the processor is also an advanced 14nm/16nm process.

At the moment, nothing more is known about of this device. The release date of the Xiaomi Redmi 6A has not been confirmed so and the price is to be around ( Equal to $80 ) If so, I believe that it will be an entry-level explosion model, after all, performance has been able to parse the thousand Yuan phone.
