Igeekphone news on November 30, Xiaomi will release the new Redmi 13C 5G mobile phone in India on December 6, which has been put on Amazon.
The Redmi 13C was released in Nigeria earlier this month, but only in a 4G version, while India will offer both 5G and 4G models, which will be the first CSeries Redmi phone to support 5G.
The Redmi 13C sold in Nigeria is equipped with Mediatek Helio G85 chip, while the 5G version is not clear which chip is equipped, and foreign media said that its 8+256GB version is priced below 15,000 rupees (Igeekphone note: currently about 1284 yuan).
The Redmi 13C 4G version is powered by the Helio G85 chip, offers 4GB +128GB, 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB storage configurations, and comes preloaded with the MIUI 14 operating system based on Android 13.
The phone comes with a 6.74-inch (720×1,600 pixels) LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and 450 nits peak brightness.
In addition, the phone has a 50-megapixel rear main camera (f / 1.8), as well as a 2-megapixel macro camera (f / 2.4) and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera (f / 2.0).
In other areas, the Redmi 13C will offer at least two color schemes, support 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, provide a 3.5mm headphone jack and USB Type-C interface, and have a built-in 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W PD charging.
