Xiaomi is developing a four-camera phone. The latest patent applications from the Chinese company include images of the phone with an unusual notch.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 was among the impressive phones of last year due to its sliding structure. However, it seems that the sliding or sliding design concept for Xiaomi will not end yet. One of the recent applications to the China National Intellectual Property Agency (CNIPA) shows that Xiaomi has developed a sliding phone like the Mi Mix 3.
What distinguishes this phone from the Mi Mix 3 is the quad rear camera. For the first time, four rear cameras are available on a Xiaomi phone. The camera structure is reminiscent of the camera module used in many Motorola phones, the Nokia 9 and Mate 30 Pro which will be introduced in the coming weeks.
In addition, the patent application shows that the AI assistant button in the Mi Mix 3 continues to exist. It is not clear when Xiaomi will announce the four rear-camera phones. And yet, according to the leaked images, it can be seen that this smartphone comes with USB Type-C charging ports, external speakers and microphones located on the bottom edge.
Let’s get to the really interesting phone in the patent application. We have seen this Xiaomi phone which appeared in a patent application where the notch which was used in many different ways before was used for the first time. The upper part looks as if slight pressure is applied and the notch is slightly curved. Despite this, the notch is very narrow and has a dual camera.
When we look at the back of the camera package with a series of striking and LED flash is striking. Finally, we can say that the fingerprint scanner is embedded in the screen on both phones.
According to experts, it is likely that this will be Xiaomi‘s next flagship model, Mi MIX 4 is expected to be released in September or October. What do you think of Xiaomi’s emerging phones? Don’t forget to leave a comment on the subsection.
