Xiaomi has introduced its CC product line as part of the Mi family for curious and creative people. There are currently two smartphones and they are mostly midrange – Mi CC9 and cheaper and lighter than Mi CC9e. Now, a third device called Mi CC9 Pro is coming and according to several sources, it has been certified in various markets.
A device with model number M1910M4E has been spotted on 3C to come with a 30W fast charge brick in the box, while a similar phone wearing the M1910M4G mask is officially certified by the Eurasian Economic Commission.
Some rumors from earlier that Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro will have Snapdragon 730G chipset. We haven’t seen the phone yet, so we don’t know anything about the camera, but since the cheaper variants all have a trio of 48MP + 8MP + 2MP wide-angle sensors, it can be assumed that Pro will have a front camera of 32MP and on the rear it could feature 108MP + 8MP + 12MP triple camera system with OIS.
The Mi CC9 smartphones have Super AMOLED panels, which is definitely an upgrade over the LCD solution. The battery may still have 4030mAh and the user interface will probably stay on MIUI 10, based on Android Pie, although we would love to see MIUI 11 on Android Q.
Since the device has been approved for sale with its charger, it can be assumed that the new phone will be official in a few weeks. The big question remains whether it will be called Mi CC9 Pro or Xiaomi is something else.
