Today Xiaomi released a beta inside the forum, saying that because Mi 8 Lite is undergoing Android P adaptation, the last Android O version will be released today.
The Mi 8 Lite is the first gradient color Smartphone of Xiaomi. It has a mirror-like gradient with a rich youthful appearance in the design. It adopts the same vacuum nano-sputtering process like as flagship Smartphone Huawei P20, which makes the glass produce a mirror surface effect.
The device of Twilight Gold and Dream Blue were unveiled at the conference. Xiaomi officially said that this design draws on the creative concept of Impressionist master Monet. It is equipped with a Snapdragon 660 processor, the highest frequency is 2.2GHz.
For the Camera, Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite features a dual rear 12MP + 5MP AI camera, support Dual PD speed focus. On the front, it has a 24MP camera and the lens sensor is the Sony IMX576. At present, Xiaomi has completed Android P adaptation models including Xiaomi Mi MIX 3, Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S, Xiaomi Mi MAX 3, Xiaomi Mi 8 Explorer Edition.
