A few days ago, the Xiaomi Mi 13 series was officially released, adopting the “one large and one small” dual-size flagship solution, bringing two models of Mi 13 and Mi 13 Pro.
The new machine will go on sale at 10:00 am on December 14. The starting price of Mi 13 is 3,999 yuan, and the starting price of the Mi 13 Pro is 4,999 yuan. You can enjoy up to 24 interest-free installments.
At the Mi 13 press conference, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun said that Xiaomi invests a lot in research and development every year. Currently, in the high-end mobile phone market, there are only two brands that are dual-size and dual-high-end, one is Apple and the other is Xiaomi. This is because the dual-size needs to customize for two screens, and it costs two shares, which is a huge investment.
At the same time, Lei Jun also responded to the joke of benchmarking the iPhone: “If Xiaomi does not have the courage and determination to benchmark the iPhone, how can it make high-end mobile phones well, so the comprehensive benchmarking of the iPhone is to learn from the iPhone and the beginning of the opportunity to surpass the iPhone in the future. Therefore, both software and hardware must be carefully benchmarked against the iPhone.”
It is understood that Mi 13 is targeting the iPhone 14, and Mi 13 Pro is targeting the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Among them, Mi 13 uses a 6.36-inch straight screen with four narrow sides, and Mi 13 Pro has a 6.73-inch hyperbolic screen.
The two models come standard with Qualcomm’s second-generation Snapdragon 8, UFS 4.0 flash memory, LPDDR5X memory, 50W wireless flash charging, 10W reverse charging, 32MP front-facing cameras, Leica professional optical lenses, and IP68 dustproof and waterproof.
