According to bloggers’ digital chat station, the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 flagship will be released as soon as November, and there are already two mobile phone brands planning to launch related models in November.
Based on previous product launches, it is likely that the Xiaomi mi 13 series, which is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chip, will debut in November.
According to the digital chat station, the Mi 13 series, like the 12 series, will release two models this time, one is the Mi 13, the other is the Mi 13 Pro.
Among them, Mi 13 returns to the straight screen solution, the screen size is larger than Mi 12’s 6.28 inches, around 6.36 inches, the resolution of FHD+. While the Mi 13 Pro still has a curved screen design, with a “four-way infinity” curved screen and 2K+ resolution, both are expected to be in the middle of the hole shape.
More importantly, Mi 13 series should continue to feature the imaging system jointly developed by Xiaomi and Leica.
In the previous Mi 12S, MI 12S Pro and MI 12S Ultra models, Xiaomi and Leica have combined Leica’s professional optics, image quality and Leica image experience into the Mi 12S series.
For example, Xiaomi MI 12S series is built with Leica Classic and Leica Vivid image qualities, and provides Leica custom filters of the same style, Leica classic shutter sound, Leica watermark, etc.
Lei Jun once said that Xiaomi and Leica are deep cooperation, covering the full link of smartphone image, such as optics, imaging, image processing and experience, which is the comprehensive integration of the two sides’ image capabilities.
