Xiaomi mi 12S series is set to officially launch on July 4, and the family includes “three-cup phones” called the Mi 12S, Mi 12S Pro and Mi 12S Ultra.

The Mi 12S Ultra is also the first to be carried this time, and will be available to domestic competitors in the future.
After verification, Lei Jun learned that this is not a simple customization, Xiaomi did participate in the specification definition and part of the design and verification work of IMX989 one inch super outsole.
In addition, Lei noted that the development cost of IMX989 was $15 million (about 99.83 million yuan), and Xiaomi and SONY each paid half.
