Today, the blogger @digital Chat station revealed that Xiaomi is about to launch the new Mi 11 Youth edition, with the processor replaced by Snapdragon 778G and the new light and snow color.
In March, the Mi 11 Youth edition was released. It starts with a Snapdragon 780G processor, which Xiaomi owns exclusively. Xiaomi’s Wang Teng said qualcomm’s Snapdragon 780G production capacity is not enough, Xiaomi exclusive.
The Snapdragon 780G has been dubbed the “little 888” and follows in the steps of its flagship Snapdragon 888 chipset.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 780G also uses a 5nm process, including a 2.4ghz Cortex-A78 core, three 2.2ghz Cortex-A78 cores, and four 1.9ghz Cortex-A55 cores.
Now, the mi 11 Youth Edition — the Mi 11 Youth Vitality Edition — is about to debut with a snapdragon 778G processor. It’s built with TSMC’s 6nm process and eight-core Kryo 670 architecture, with a maximum 2.4GHz CPU and an Adreno 642L GPU.
