The official account of Xiaomi said on Twitter yesterday that it will hold an online press conference at 20:00 on February 8, Beijing time to release the Xiaomi Mi 11 flagship mobile phone globally. Online live events will be held on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Xiaomi’s overseas official website.
At the same time, MIUI’s official Twitter account also released a message indicating that MIUI 12.5 (International Version) will also be released on the same day. The poster shows that the release of MIUI is only available on Facebook.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 mobile phone was launched on December 28, 2020, and the world’s first Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, equipped with the most expensive 2K 120Hz screen in Xiaomi’s history, starts at 3999 yuan. At the press conference, Xiaomi also officially released MIUI 12.5 and Xiaomi 11 Lei Jun signature mobile phone.
To be exact, these first devices to receive the MIUI 12.5 update and therefore, will be part of the first to receive the first stable version for the Chinese ROM and probably for the Global one are;
