Xiaomi has long been releasing rebranded versions of its smartphones under the Redmi brand. Recently, Poco followed the same tactic by releasing rebrand smartphones of the motherboard. As everything shows, this will not change in 2020 and may continue in 2021. The next rebrand smartphone will be the Redmi K30S.
Now, China Mobile’s account has posted a photo on its official account on the Chinese social network Weibo, which shows the Xiaomi Mi 10T. As you can see in the screenshot, the publication shows an image of the Mi 10T in gray, while the description concerns the model with a new name. The possibility of the launch is even greater after China Mobile deleted the Weibo post, showing that the product should not have been revealed yet.
Clearly, the nomenclature change is not a big surprise for users who know Xiaomi, since the previous generation itself, called Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro in some markets, won another variant called Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro for be sold in other regions.
The Redmi K30S is expected to maintain the Mi 10T’s specifications in China, including the 6.67-inch screen with Full HD + resolution, set of three rear cameras with 64MP main sensor, and Snapdragon 865 processor. internal memories of the device, which is sold in Europe in two options of 6GB and 8GB of RAM, but only with a variant of 128GB of storage.
The Chinese manufacturer and its subsidiary have not yet confirmed the existence of the Redmi K30S. However, reports say it will be unveiled in mid-November. It may also be released with the K30S and rebrand version of the Mi 10T Pro.
