Xiaomi, just like other manufacturers, is preparing for the premiere of this year’s flagship smartphones. As we already know from earlier leaks, the Chinese will present the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro to the world at the Mobile World Congress 2020 in Barcelona, which will take place in February. Here’s what we know about these models!
The Xiaomi smartphone will probably be equipped with a 6.5-inch OLED display with Full HD + resolution with a refresh rate of 90 Hz. Interestingly, a photo of the protective glass on the Mi 10 has leaked into the network, so we can see how the smartphone will look.
At first glance, the screen has a bent display along the long edges, and the top and bottom edges also appear to be slightly rounded. On the plus side, very narrow frames, but unfortunately they are not symmetrical, which makes the whole thing not so impressive – the bottom one is definitely thicker than the rest. The glass also lacks any cutout or hole, which may mean that the Mi 10 will have a selfie camera located under the screen.
Its heart is to be Qualcomm Snapdragon 865, which consists of one Cortex-A77 core clocked at 2.84 GHz, three Cortex-A77 cores clocked at 2.4 GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz with the Adreno 650 graphics system. SoC is to be supported by 8GB or 12GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB internal memory. The rear panel has a quadruple-camera with the main lens with a resolution of 108MP + wide-angle 20MP + telephoto lens 12MP and a depth sensor with a resolution of 5MP. It is possible that the camera will provide a 30x digital zoom.
The whole will be managed by Android 10 with the MIUI 11 overlay. It will also be equipped with dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and a USB Type-C port. The smartphone will be powered by a 4500mAh battery with 40 W fast charging technology and 30 W wireless charging technology.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro will also be equipped with a 6.5-inch OLED display with Full HD + resolution with a refresh rate of 90 Hz, and its heart will be the same processor, i.e. Snapdragon 865. The system is to be supported by 12GB of RAM, and for user data, the manufacturer will probably allocate 128GB, 256GB or 512GB of built-in memory. The quad-camera consisting of 108MP main lens, 48MP wide-angle lens, 12MP telephoto lens and 8MP lens probably responsible for portrait photos will also be responsible for the quality of photos.
Mi 10 Pro will work under the control of Android 10 with the MIUI 11 overlay, and will probably draw energy from a 4500mAh battery with 66 W fast charging technology and 40 W wireless. Of course, there will be, of course, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and USB Type-C ports.
Finally, storage options … The Xiaomi Mi 10 is said to have two 8GB RAM versions, one with 128GB of memory and one with 256GB of memory, as well as the more powerful 12GB / 256GB version. The Mi 10 Pro will be available in 128GB, 256GB and 512GB memory with 12GB of RAM.
Although the prices for the Mi 10 are not known for certain 3000 to 4000 yuan (about $430- $570 are expected to range) full prices are offered for the Mi 10 Pro. The 128GB will be priced at 3799 yuan (about $540), while the 256GB will cost 4099 yuan (about $590) and the 512GB will cost 4499 yuan (about $640). Of course, all these claims should be remembered.
