Not one, not two, but three … if we are already waiting for the arrival of the Mi 10 Ultra and Redmi K30 Ultra, Xiaomi seems to be finalizing the preparations for the launch of another flagship, because, on the well-known benchmarking portal GeekBench, a mysterious device of Xiaomi appears. The code name of the device is Xiaomi M2007J3SG and could have technical specifications worthy of a flagship.
According to the GeekBench, the device will have 8GB of RAM, Android 10 as the operating system, a motherboard called “Apollo”, or Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 SoC. This means that soon we could see a new premium smartphone launched by the Chinese giant, probably later this year.
From the results that emerged on GeekBench, we note a score of 912 points in the single-core test and 3304 points in the multi-core test. In addition, the well-known tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo said that the new Xiaomi premium will present a 108MP main camera.
This rumor does not coincide with what we have seen from the rumors about the Mi 10 Pro Plus, as it is said that it will have a 48MP main camera and a 120 Hz refresh rate. At the moment, the exact identity of the flagship is not clear; we hope to have more information about it in the next few days.
Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro Plus is scheduled for launch in August and under the body, we will find a Snapdragon 865 Plus CPU with 48MP main camera and 6.67-inch waterfall display with 120 Hz refresh rate. The device could be the exclusive preserve of the Chinese market – in the first instance – only to be distributed throughout the rest of the world with global marketing. We will keep you posted.
