Recently, there was a report saying that Xiaomi is working on a new 5G smartphone, called the Mi 10 Lite 5G. However, it seems that it is not the only 5G smartphone that Xiaomi is developing when recently, two mysterious Xiaomi 5G Smartphones with model numbers M2004J7AC and M2004J7BC have been discovered on 3C certification agency.
According to Mysmartprice, data from 3C agency shows that Xiaomi smartphone with model number M2004J7AC will support 22.5W fast charging technology, while the M2004J7BC model supports higher charging capacity of 33W. In addition, the certification body revealed that both phones support 5G connectivity.
Previous reports indicate that the M2004J7BC smartphone appears to be the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max variant for the global market. Therefore, the M2004J7AC model is likely to be another member of the Redmi Note 9 series for the international market. The Mysmartprice website thinks that it could be the Redmi Note 9 Pro.
Online reports also show that one or both of these smartphones will come with a MediaTek Dimensity 1000 chipset to support 5G connectivity, rather than Snapdragon 720G SoC. The smartphones are expected to be presented under the Redmi brand. The approximate cost of the new devices of Xiaomi has not yet been announced.
