Xiaomi first gained attention in 2021 with the launch of the Mi 11 Ultra, which features an oversized video module. When Xiaomi later launched the Mi 12S Ultra, which featured Leica video, it received more praise, but Xiaomi didn’t release the phone worldwide, limiting it to China.
According to a source @Ice universe, the new generation Xiaomi 13 Ultra flagship phone is expected to hit the global market this year. The same report also showed that OPPO’s flagship product, OPPO Find X6 Pro, to be released, will not be available outside of China. Lei previously said that the next version of the Mi 12S Ultra will be sold globally, but did not specify the name of the Mi 13 Ultra.
According to the Mi 13 Ultra case previously revealed by techgoing, it is equipped with a large circular camera module. The overall design language continues with Xiaomi’s 12S Ultra phone. There are many holes in it.
The Mi 13 Ultra phone is expected to launch in March or April and will feature Leica video. According to previous leaks, the new Mi 13 Ultra will feature a Samsung 2K E6 curved screen with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip. SONY’s 1-inch IMX989 main sensor will be retained, but new stability features will be added. All four rear cameras support autofocus, and there will be dToF lidar sensors.
