The screen size is expected to be about 6.28 inches and the resolution is FHD+ with a 120Hz refresh rate. While the body width will be controlled at about 70mm, so there is no pressure to operate with one hand.
Some other sources also confirmed that Xiaomi 12S will launch in June this year. This information coincides with previous leaks that the first Leica-branded flagship is expected to be scheduled for June 2022.
