In many countries, they are completely banned, while in others they are allowed on a smaller scale.
You should know that it is possible to get a certificate to fly your drone. If you want to sell the results of your flights, it is mandatory. If you fly your drone only for private reasons, you do not need to get a certificate. It is called 107 part.

It may sound strange, but since it is a flying object, there are certain rules. These are the so-called sky rules. For example: fly at or below 400 feet and always keep your drone in sight. You should not fly in restricted airspace or near other aircraft, especially at airports. These are considered vulnerable infrastructures. Also, do not fly near emergency operations such as fires. And never drink before using our drone.
Always keep in mind where you are flying over. Do not take unnecessary risks or act carelessly. If you are unsure about some rules, it is better to contact an agency or ask at the store where you purchased the drone.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR WHEN CHOOSING YOUR FIRST DRONE.
If you think you can handle a drone and take responsibility. Here is some advice for you to find the right drone for you and your ideas. First of all, there are different types. RTF – ready to fly, BNF – bind & fly, PNP – plug and play, ARF – almost ready to fly. Depending on what you want to do with them, they all have their advantages. For beginners, the RTF is recommended. It is simply the easiest type to start with. The BNF is already a bit more complex. For this one, you will need a special transmitter. If you are already advanced, you can choose this variant. However, it is more expensive. For the PNP you need a transmitter or receiver. But for this, you do not need a new controller if you use a transmitter you already have. The ARF is often used for racing and other sporting events. So it is not recommended for beginners.
The fact is that the market is growing and soon more types will be available. It is up to you which one you prefer. But do your research before you buy.
