At the end of May, Vivo introduced the Vivo Z1 smartphone. Now, the manufacturer released a simplified version of the model and called it Vivo Z1i. The Vivo VZ1i has an LCD display IPS from 2280 x 1080 pixel and a notch will be present on the upper part with an aspect ratio 19: 9, protected by a tempered glass layer 2.5D on top.
Under the body, the smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor, a bit disappointing. This is a good performance chipset, based on 14nm FinFET technology with four high-performance cores and four efficient cores with Adreno 509 GPUs. The device has an LPDDR4x RAM from 4GB and a built-in memory 128GB with a slot for micro SD card (up to 256GB). However, the device has a hybrid slot and the device can accommodate 2 SIM cards or a SIM card and a micro SD card.
On the front of the camera, the device has a double configuration on the back with a primary 13MP RGB sensor. The depth sensor is 2MP. For selfie lovers, the smartphone features a large 16MP front selfie camera, which probably supports face unlocking. The smartphone has a fingerprint sensor with a 3180mAh battery. The device is based on the FunTouch OS 4.0 with Android 8.1 Oreo. In terms of connectivity, the device supports 4G LTE, VoLTE, dual-channel Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5.0GHz) and Bluetooth 5.0.
The new Vivo Z1i is already available in the Chinese home market in red and black-gold colors. The price of the issue is $286, which is more expensive than your older brother Vivo Z1, which at the time of the announcement was worth $281, and now fell in price to $240.
