The primary distinction between the Vivo X90s and OPPO Find X6 lies in the image orientation, making it the most notable difference. While there are variances in other configurations, they aren’t particularly discernible. Nevertheless, I suggest considering the vivo X90s as the preferred choice when deciding between these two models.
Comparison of vivo X90s and OPPO Find X6:
Display
The screen quality of both models is relatively similar. The vivo X90s features a domestic BOE OLED curved screen, supporting 1.07 billion colors, 2800×1260 resolution, 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and 1300nit peak brightness. On the other hand, the OPPO Find X6 boasts a domestic Tianma curved screen, supporting 2772×1240 resolution, 1.07 billion colors, 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and 1450nit peak brightness.
While there are slight differences between the two screens, fortunately, these disparities aren’t significant and don’t significantly impact user perception.
Camera
The discrepancy in image quality is more pronounced when comparing the cameras of the two models.
The vivo X90s sports a 32-megapixel front-facing selfie camera, along with a rear setup comprising a 50-megapixel primary camera (Sony IMX866), a 12-megapixel wide-angle camera, and a 12-megapixel portrait lens. Additionally, this model benefits from Zeiss optical lenses and a self-developed V2 image chip, particularly suitable for capturing people and vibrant food.
The OPPO Find X6 features a 32-megapixel front-facing selfie camera, as well as a rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary camera (Sony IMX890 sensor), a 50-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens. Overall, the OPPO Find X6’s lens module boasts higher specifications, and it also incorporates Hasselblad professional mode, natural color optimization, and Mariana image chip enhancements, resulting in relatively good imaging quality. However, Mariana’s future optimization remains uncertain due to the dOPPO chip company’s disbandment. Therefore, although the telephoto capabilities of the OPPO Find X6 possess certain advantages, it is not highly recommended.
Hardware
The vivo X90s and OPPO Find X6 are equipped with MediaTek platform mobile phone SOCs. The OPPO Find X6 employs the Dimensity 9200 processor, while the vivo X90s utilizes the Dimensity 9200+. The Dimensity 9200+ can be seen as an upgraded version of the Dimensity 9200, essentially offering overclocking. However, the performance improvement with the Dimensity 9200+ version is not significantly noticeable, ranging from around 5% to 10%.
Notably, few domestic mobile phone manufacturers opt for the Dimensity series chips in their flagship models, especially when the sales performance of the 8Gen2 is quite impressive. Among these manufacturers, vivo is one of the few that deeply optimizes Dimensity chips. This factor contributes to my optimism toward the vivo X90s.
Battery
The OPPO Find X6 houses a 4800mAh built-in battery with an 80W flash charge, while the vivo X90s has a slightly larger 4810mAh battery featuring a 120W flash charge. Consequently, there isn’t much disparity in battery life between the two models, but the vivo X90s offers faster charging speed. Furthermore, the overall form factor of the vivo X90s is thinner and lighter.

Verdict
To sum up, objectively speaking, the OPPO Find X6 is also a well-rounded flagship model. However, in comparison, I believe that the performance of the vivo X90s is more stable, with certain pricing advantages. Therefore, I recommend prioritizing the vivo X90s when choosing between these two models!
