Today, a Vivo smartphone, codenamed V1816A, is available on Geekbench, and the V1816A has been certified 3C in China. On the Geekbench, the Vivo V1816A comes with 8GB of built-in RAM, powered by the popular mid-range Snapdragon 660 and running on Android 8.1 Oreo. From the box, The Vivo V1816A is a mid-range smartphone.
In Geekbench’s single-core test, the Vivo V1816A scored 1448 points and reached 5555 points in the multi-core test.
Vivo has also recently launched a number of mid-range smartphones, but many have already been certified on TENAA. This shows that Vivo will soon launch many other smartphones, two of which are V1818A and V1818T. These are mid-range smartphones with HD + displays, large battery capacity, and dual cameras on the back.
In addition to Vivo V1818A / V1818T, Chinese manufacturers are rumored to be producing two models, the V1820A and V1820T. At the Qualcomm 5G Summit held on October 22nd, Vivo has been an important Qualcomm partner for many years, so it was invited to attend and have a keynote address at the conference. A spokesman for Vivo said the company will launch its first 5G smartphone in 2019.
