It has been almost two years since the Vivo release NEX 3S. Perhaps after the Spring Festival, it is expected to wait until the new flagship of the NEX series is updated.
According to the TENAA, Vivo has a new 5G phone model V2170A that was registered on January 17th. Although the ID photos and detailed parameters of the new phone have not been announced yet, there are speculations that this new phone may be the Vivo NEX 5 series.
Specifications about the Vivo NEX 5 series, it was reported earlier that the phone is said to come with a 7″ E5 AMOLED display that will be curved. This is a tablet-sized display, which will offer QHD+ resolution and LTPO 2.0 technology. It will offer an adaptive refresh rate between 1Hz and 120Hz. It’s a 10-bit panel, which will also be extremely bright, with a peak brightness of 1,500 nits.
On the back, there will be a 50MP main camera ( Samsung GN1 sensor, OIS) + 48MP ultra-wide-angle camera (Sony IMX598 sensor) + 12MP camera (Sony IMX663 sensor, 2x optical zoom) + 8MP telephoto camera ( OIS, 5x optical zoom, 10x hybrid zoom, 60x digital zoom).
Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 will power the device. Vivo will also pack 8GB + 12GB LPDDR5x RAM and 256GB + 512GB UFS 3.1 flash storage.
By the way, the phone will come with a 5000mAh battery and 80 watts of fast wired charging, while wireless charging will be 50 watts. The phone will also be IP68 certified. At present, the official has not given too much exact information about the Vivo NEX 5, but fortunately, if it is released after the year, it will come soon.
