Apple has just announced its new premium iPhone, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max with many interesting features on all three phones, most of which revolve around the new triple camera setup for iPhone 11 Pro. But Chinese manufacturers such as UMIDIGI prefer to take a bigger leap in the camera system by expanding to quad cameras and offering more features.
UMIDIGI F2, the successor of the popular UMIDIGI F1 phone, will feature a quad-camera setup with a 48MP main lens. A new leak tries to reveal all the specifications of the UMIDIGI F2 camera, and in addition to the common configuration of the triple camera like the iPhone 11 Pro, there is a fourth camera, the 5MP macro lens.
The small camera under the flash is for macro, it will mean you can take close-ups from just 2 centimeters away. Nature fans can use it to get detailed shots of small insects or pollen inside a flower.
Technology fans are more likely to use it to get those details close to the small ports and buttons on the devices. As the image above reveals, the main camera is a 48MP sensor of 1 /2.0-inch size, aperture f / 1.79 and 1.6μm (4in1) pixel. The upper lens corresponds to a 5MP depth lens to provide the vertical mode. The lower unit is a 13MP ultra wide-angle trigger with a 120-degree field of view.
The previous leak suggests that UMIDIGI F2 will come with the latest Android 10 and a perforation screen without notches. On top of that, we hope to see a 32MP selfie camera, a large battery and a powerful processor with enough RAM to run smoothly and, more importantly, all these specifications at an affordable price. Currently, there is no release date or price available and it is rumored that F2 will be launched at the end of September.
In the meantime, UMIDIGI’s new smart device UMIDIGI Uwake, which is the world’s first colorful Bluetooth 5.0 speaker with smart alarm clock, just kicked off a sale on AliExpress at limited offer $19.99. You can learn more and buy it here.
