Ukraine banned flavored e-cigarettes on July 11 to limit the capacity of the liquid

On July 7, the State Consumer Service of Ukraine issued a bill restricting the use of tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, which came into effect on July 11.

The bill includes:

Flavoring additives of e-cigarettes (such as fruit flavor and cool flavor) are prohibited.
The volume of bottled liquid should not exceed 10 ml;
Disposable e-cigarette or cartridge capacity cannot exceed 2 ml;
The nicotine concentration should not exceed 2%.

In addition, the bill bans the use of e-cigarettes and cigarettes in public places, with a fine of up to 50,000 hryvnia (about 14,220 yuan) for violations.
