realme today launched two new devices in the Indian market, the realme C53 mobile phone and the realme Pad 2, its second generation tablet computer, which was previously released in Malaysia.
The realme C53 features a 6.74-inch HD LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and a brightness of up to 560 nits, a side fingerprint reader, an octa-core Zungrui T612 chip, up to 6GB of operating memory and 128GB of storage. The battery capacity is 5000mAh and supports fast charging. The phone has a 10.8-megapixel rear camera with 3x zoom, a 2-megapixel portrait sensor and an LED flash. The front-facing camera is 8 megapixels and can be used for selfies and video calls. Run realme UI version T based on Android 13.
The realme Pad 2 features an 11.5-inch 2K (1200×2000 pixels) IPS LCD screen with an adaptive refresh rate of 40Hz / 60Hz / 120Hz. There’s a power button at the top, four speakers, and a Type-C port. The tablet is powered by the Helio G99 chip, supports up to 8GB of operating memory and 256GB of storage, has an 8,360mah battery and supports 33W fast charge.
The realme Pad 2 tablet has a 20-megapixel rear camera and an LED flash. The front-facing camera is 8 megapixels and can be used for selfies.
In India, the basic version of the realme C53 phone (4GB / 128GB) is priced at Rs 9,999 (IT House notes: about 875 yuan at present), while the 6GB / 64GB version is priced at Rs 10,999 (about 962 yuan at present), and is on early bird sale today. The 6GB / 128GB version of the realme Pad 2 tablet is priced at Rs 19,999 (currently about RMB1,750), while the 8GB / 256GB version is priced at Rs 22,999 (currently about RMB2,012). Pre-orders will be available from July 26.
