A GIF image teaser from Huawei has come to light just now, which has changed many things about the upcoming Huawei Honor V8 Max, infact its not even going to be called that but its going to be called the Honor Note 8.
The update has come in just before the already nearing announcement date of August. The teaser has revealed the name in a GIF showing a person tearing Notebook to reveal the name the Note 8.
Huawei was letting us get used to the name of Honor V8 Max and once it was all aorund the rumour mill , Huawei quietly dropped this GIF and surprised all. Although TENAA did a great job revealing the design and specifications of the device, we have a confirmation of the display size that is 6.6″ and the resolution of 2K and the phone will be equipped with USB Type-C interface, a 4,400mAh battery with fast charging support, a 13MP main camera (IMX278) at the back and an 8MP front facing shooter.
The Huawei Honor Note 8 will have two versions namely the 3GB RAM and 32GB storage with Kirin 950 chipset and the better version with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage with Kirin 955 chipset. As for the pricing of the device, it will be 1999 yuan ($300) for 3GB model, while the 4GB memory version around 2299 yuan ($344).
