Blogger Digital Chat site revealed that the Mi 13 Ultra is equipped with up to 1TB of mass storage, which will be Xiaomi’s first 1TB 5G flagship.

This CMOS uses advanced manufacturing process and four Bayer color array, single pixel area is 1.6μm, four pixels in one fusion pixel area can reach 3.2um, not easy to saturation overflow, which means that single frame capture can have enough dynamic range, Xiaomi can reduce HDR trigger rate significantly, which will bring a great increase in shooting speed.
In addition, SONY’s IMX989 sensor features an Octa-PD phase detection focusing system, which allows each sub-pixel to focus, increases shutter speed, and adjusts the trigger strategy for night mode. The Mi 13 Ultra has a strong ability to capture dark light thanks to this system.
In a word, SONY IMX989+ Leica + Xiaomi Image Brain, perfect combination, is the ceiling of the current mobile phone image hardware, this will be Xiaomi’s 2023 “Android image light”.

In terms of specs, the Mi 13 Ultra features a Samsung 2K E6 curved screen, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 second-generation mobile platform, and 90W wired flash charging, which is expected to be released in April.
