Xiaomi has just released its Mi 12S series of phones on July 4. But digital blogger @digitchat has revealed that the mi 13 series could debut as soon as November. This morning, the blogger brought mi 13 series broke the news.
According to the blogger, SM8550 (Snapdragon 8 Gen 2) iterative engineering machine adopts a multi-pole ear single cell scheme, carries a 100-watt battery supported by self-developed quick charge IC, and the series can charge all members with 50W full blood wireless. Although the blogger did not specify the model, it should be a Mi 13 series based on the self-developed quick charge IC.
In addition, the blogger said the use of single cell scheme is estimated to control the circumference of the three, so the grip of the new Mi 13 series is not expected to disappoint.
On July 16, the blogger broke the news that Xiaomi will have a new self-developed fast charging IC, which is expected to be the Surging P2. As a reference, Xiaomi claims the Paper P1 as the industry’s first resonant charging chip, with an adaptive switching frequency 4:1 ultra-high efficiency architecture, with resonant topological efficiency up to 97.5%, non-resonant topological efficiency 96.8%, and thermal loss linearly reduced by 30%. Mi 12 Pro is the first smartphone equipped with Surge P1, which supports wired 120W surge second charging, 50W wireless second charging and 10W wireless reverse charging.

In addition, the blogger previously revealed that the Mi 13 / Pro will only run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, without the Mediatek version. And mi 13 series will adopt 2K+120Hz ultra-narrow bezel flexible curved screen.
