Sony attends CES 2018 in Las Vegas to release its Xperia series new phones, Sony Xperia XA2 and XA2 Ultra smartphone, aiming at mid-range devices, and bringing new design, and long battery life.
This time Sony Xperia XA2 and Xperia XA2 Ultra both use same processor, Snapdragon 630, but last year they released to use Helio P20 processor.
In battery, Xperia XA2 has also upgraded its battery, compared with XA1 with 2300mAh battery, XA2 improves obviously to use 3300mAh battery, and XA2 Ultra uses 3580mAh battery, larger than before. They both support QuickCharge 3.0 technology, whether in battery life and charging speed, they both have good performance. When they add battery capacity, it will also lead to their weight increasing, XA2 has 142*70*9.7 mm dimensions, 28g weight, but XA2 Ultra has 221g weight.
In screen, XA2 uses 5.2 inch 1080P screen, XA2 Ultra uses 6 inch 1080P screen, the former adopts RAM 3GB ROM 32GB internal storage, the latter with RAM 4GB ROM 32GB/64GB internal storage.
XA2 has four colors, they both adopt 23MP camera, F.2.0 aperture, supporting auto focus and OIS. They have 8MP front camera. In addition, they run Android 8.0 OS, as for their availability date and price, we have no idea, stay tuned.
