Huawei will launch EMUI 11.1 as early as March this year, but unlike the previous version, the kernel of this system version will be replaced with the Harmony kernel, paving the way for Huawei mobile phones to upgrade to HarmonyOS. A few days ago, Huawei central exposed the list of some upgraded models.
The currently leaked models that can be upgraded to EMUI 11.1 include Mate40, Mate40 Pro, Mate40 Pro+, Mate40 RS Porsche Design, P40, P40 Pro, P40 Pro+, nova8, nova8 Pro, nova7, nova7 Pro, and, Mate30 series 5G version and Porsche Design. In addition, the P30 series may also upgrade the system.
It is worth noting that Huawei’s flagship tablet product-Huawei MatePad Pro will also be upgraded to EMUI 11.1, including 5G and WiFi versions. Currently, most of Huawei’s models have already pushed EMUI11, and the global version is still being pushed. It is expected that the EMUI11 Beta and push phase of all compatible devices will be completed in the first quarter of this year.
