Following the single-chip system, Snapdragon 710 Qualcomm will release a chip Snapdragon 730, as reported by various sources. Snapdragon 730 will be produced using 8-nanometer LPP technology (Low Power Plus), while Snapdragon 710 will use 10-nanometer LPE technology (Low Power Early).
As a result, the novelty will be about 10% faster than its predecessor, and its energy efficiency will increase by 15%. The most noticeable innovation will be the new Spectra 350 image processor, which will support cameras up to 32MP.
Another important change will be the presence of a neural processor, which is not available in Snapdragon 710. This will add support for artificial intelligence systems to the camera and other applications.
Also, Qualcomm is working on a single-chip system Snapdragon 720, which is intended for budget smartphones. Unfortunately, so far there is no data on this chip, but in general, the situation for manufacturers of budget devices is quite good. There is something to choose from.
