There are several smart Chinese smartphone manufacturers that do not dare to go beyond the home market. Stable demand for devices inside China for such companies is in priority and more profitable than the pursuit of foreign users. One of those who do not go on a march to the international market is the company Smartisan, which released last year a suitable Nut 2 Pro. And for this year the premiere of Smartisan Nuts 3 is planned while creating the design of which was inspired by the image of Xiaomi Mi Mix.
Today, the company officially announced it’ll hold a new product launch conference at the Beijing Olympic University Gymnasium on April 9 and that device will be the Smartisan nuts 3. unfortunately, Smartisan’s CTO Wu Dezhou did not reveal anything regarding the Smartisan nuts 3. However, a new smartphone with a model number of OC105 has been approved by the Ministry of industry and information Technology on February 27, 2018. thus there’s every reason to suppose we are talking about the same phone.
We can assume that the Smartisan nuts 3 will feature an identical design as its predecessors, however, it’ll adopt the trendiest 18:9 ratio screen. Probably, it’ll be mistreatment the successor of the Snapdragon 660 which is installed in the Smartisan Nuts pro 2. Thus, possibly, it’ll be filled with a Snapdragon 670 chip. At last, the Smartisan nuts pro 2 came with a beginning price of 1799 yuan ($285). so we expect the new model will be priced at 1000 to 1500 yuan ($158 to $237).
