Igeekphone, August 30 news, Ross Young, CEO of screen supply chain consulting company DSCC, tweeted today (August 30) on the X platform that the Galaxy Z Fold special edition (domestic should be called W25) mobile phone will begin assembly and production in September. Most are sold to the Chinese market.
The source also said that the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition (W25) phone will be equipped with 200 million pixels of the main camera, which is consistent with the previous report of the Igeekphone and is expected to use the same main camera of the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Another highlight of the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition (W25) phone is the use of UFG glass, which is an upgraded version of ultra-thin flexible glass (UTG).
Note: UFG refers to UTG of uneven thickness, thinner at the folded seam and thicker elsewhere, through thicker chemical strengthening steps, thereby improving scratch resistance and durability, etc., and alleviating crease problems.
