Samsung announced the launch of a notebook that can be used with a stylus, the Samsung Notebook 9 Pen. The NoteBook 9 has a 13.3-inch screen, and the biggest highlight is the support for the S Pen, so this computer can adapt to more creative scenes.
Seeing that the year is about to pass, Samsung officially announced that the Notebook 9 Pen will welcome its successor. The new product called the 2019 Notebook 9 Pen, comes in both 13-inch and 15-inch versions, with more data interfaces, up to 15 hours of battery life, and fast charging.
The official did not announce the detailed configuration of Notebook 9 Pen, together with the price and other information will be officially announced at CES in 2019. The information currently is known is that the processor of the new Notebook 9 Pen will be upgraded to the 8th generation i7, the 15-inch version will be added to the MX150 discrete graphics card, and the 13-inch version will be alone.
In addition to these upgrades, the new Samsung Notebook 9 Pen has also changed in design, mainly the color and material of the metal are more like the Galaxy Note 9. Even in the color matching, the blue color of the body and the yellow stylus will be introduced. It will be very compatible with the mobile phone.
As a variant, the Samsung Notebook 9 Pen also supports 360° rotation of the screen, which can be used as a laptop or as a tablet. In the tablet mode, the S Pen has the opportunity to play the most value and is more suitable for use in scenes such as painting or annotation.
The price of the new Samsung Notebook 9 Pen has not yet been announced, but it will not be much cheaper in terms of product positioning. This product is relatively innovative in form, especially with the support of the stylus to provide more imagination.
However, for the average consumer, such a design may not bring greater added value. In other words, a reversible screen or a stylus is not necessarily necessary for consumers. As a result, I am afraid that only a small number of consumers will be willing to pay for the Notebook 9 Pen.
