If the pace of Samsung’s new phone iterations is any indication, the company’s next flagship phones will be the Fold 5 and Z Flip 5. Recently, sammobile reported the video configuration information for the two models.
The Z Fold 5 will have the same image configuration as the S23 +, while the Z Flip 5 will have an upgraded 12-megapixel sensor, according to sources. If confirmed, the Z Fold 5 will have a 12-megapixel camera on the front, and a three-lens model on the back, with a 50-megapixel main lens that supports OIS-proof optics, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide Angle lens, and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens. The Z Flip 5 will retain its rear dual-mode design, with an upgraded 12-megapixel camera as the main lens. Details of this upgrade are not yet available.

Based on this hardware information, Samsung’s new foldable phones, which will be released this year, may not feature much of a video upgrade. However, the improved performance of the two phones could help if Samsung refines the image algorithms and processors.
