On November 20, Beijing time, according to ETNews reports, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 will use an under-screen camera.
According to reports, Samsung has developed a UDC screen with a wider gap between pixels to allow light to pass through so that the camera under the screen can operate normally. However, when the light is refracted by the OLED screen, a special algorithm is still needed to correct the image. In addition, the camera module of this phone will be provided by Samsung LSI.
GSMArena stated in related reports that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 is expected to be released in the third quarter of 2021. It is worth noting that this time point coincides with the release time of the Samsung Note series, so it is not ruled out that this folding screen phone will be released with the new generation of the Samsung Note series. However, there have been reports previously that Samsung’s folding screen phones will replace the current Note series products in the future.
