Igeekphone, February 27 news, technology media 91Mobile yesterday (February 26) published a blog post, mining the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) database, found that Samsung has been approved a new patent for the future Galaxy Z Flip to explore the three-fold scheme.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip currently supports up and down folding, while the patent drawings show that the device can be folded twice, connecting the entire device together via two hinges that can be expanded to provide a larger screen area. The volume and power keys are located on the top of the device, while the Type-C interface is located on the bottom edge.
Interestingly, the device also supports the S Pen, the slot/case of which we can see in the patent drawing. As the design is currently at the patent stage, little information is currently known about its hardware. We also don’t know if the company will use this design for future commercial products.
