Samsung Galaxy Smart Tag is believed to launch alongside the Galaxy S21 series in January 2021. Previously, the Galaxy Smart Tag revealed some information at an affordable price. Now, according to the exclusive source from 91Mobiles, we know more about the design with 2 color options of the tag.
A report from leaker Ishan Agarwal said that he found a GIF of the Galaxy Smart Tag, which is in the latest APK package of the Samsung SmartThings app. The image shows the design of the Galaxy Smart Tag similar to what was previously revealed by the certification body in Korea.
As such, this track card has a square shape with curved edges, with 1 cutout for fastening. In addition, this accessory will have a ring-shaped ring in the middle, maybe this is a button to press to search for a connected smartphone. The found animation also describes the tracking of the device.
Similar to previous sources, Galaxy Smart Tag has 2 color options: Black and Oatmeal (oatmeal). In addition, this item tracking tag is also confirmed to support Bluetooth v5.1, UWB (ultra-wideband), and NFC.
Earlier 91mobiles reported that the price of the Samsung Galaxy Smart Tag in Europe will be 15 euros (about $18.29). The label could premiere alongside the Samsung Galaxy S21 series in January. Recall that this year a similar device from Apple was expected to be shown – AirTag, but it was not presented that way.
