According to Techgoing, according to the practice, Samsung will launch its Galaxy S series flagship phone in February every year, a few months away from the release of the next generation of Galaxy S24 series. However, these phones have now appeared in the IMEI database.
In the IMEI database, the Galaxy S24 is listed as SM-S921B/DS. The Galaxy S24 + and S24 Ultra are available as SM-S926B/DS and SM-S928B/DS, respectively. The appearance of the Galaxy S24 series on IMEI confirms that these devices have been tested and are expected to be available in the first quarter of 2024.
For comparison, this year’s Samsung Galaxy S23, S23 + and S23 Ultra models are S911B/DS, SM-S916B/DS and SM-S918B/DS, respectively.
Separately, the Samsung Galaxy S24 + US version recently appeared on the Geekbench benchmark platform with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, 8GB of RAM, and Android 14 operating system. According to multiple reports, the Galaxy S24 series will be available in both Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and Exynos 2400 processor versions depending on the market region.
