Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will soon debut and the presale will start. As we well know, phones with different processors will appear depending on the market. On some, it will be Exynos 990, and on others Snapdragon 865 Plus. Now Exynos 990 version is leaking in the GeekBench benchmark.
The phone is called the SM-N986B and the Exynos chipset also comes with 12GB of RAM. It’s probably no surprise to anyone that the phone runs on One UI 2.5, which is based on Android 10.
But now to the point. In the single-core test, the phone scored 928 points, and in the multi-core test, it scored 2721 points. So far, it does not seem to be a rapidly improved version, as this score is essentially comparable to the Galaxy S20 Ultra.
It’s too early for the courts, we have to wait for reality. Whether Samsung really manages to increase the performance of this chipset is still in the stars. However, according to the benchmark, he did not succeed. In addition, it should be more energy-efficient and work better with heat.
As for the specs, OnLeaks has claimed in the past that the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will bring a rather big display at 6.9-inches and it could come with a 120Hz mode for faster refresh rates. Additionally, reports claim the panel on the phone will be built using LTPO tech.
Remember that Samsung will present the entire Galaxy Note 20 series at the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked 2020 events, with the conference taking place on August 5th. In addition to Note 20, we will see other pieces like Galaxy Tab S7, Galaxy Z Fold 2, Galaxy Watch 3, and Galaxy Buds Live.
