Through the Galaxy Unpacked event which was held online today, Samsung has finally introduced the Galaxy Note 20 and the Note 20 Ultra. The flagship products focus on productivity and cameras. But even (real) players do not miss it. Here you will find all the information about the devices.
As the successor to the Galaxy Note 10 series, the duo Galaxy Note 20 series brings several improvements. In terms of screen, for example, the Galaxy Note 20 Regular is equipped with a screen with an area of 6.7 inches. Meanwhile, Note 20 Ultra has a larger screen span, which is 6.9 inches. Both also carry the Infinity-O screen design or a screen with a camera hole (punch hole) on the top side.
Although both are members of the Galaxy Note 20 series family, there are a number of differences between the two phones, especially in terms of photography.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is equipped with three rear cameras consisting of a 108MP wide-angle camera (f / 1.8), a 12MP telephoto camera (f / 3.0), and a 12MP ultra-wide camera (f / 2.2). The difference from the regular series, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is equipped with a Laser AF sensor.
The regular Galaxy Note 20 also has three rear cameras. It’s just that the configuration is different, which includes a 12MP wide-angle camera (f / 1.8), a 64MP telephoto camera (f / 2.0), and a 12MP ultra-wide camera (f / 2.2). Not to forget, the Galaxy Note 20 series is also supported by an S-Pen stylus accessory with Bluetooth low energy technology that can operate the cellphone without having to touch the screen.
Both smartphones carry dual-SIM slots. The difference is, only on the Galaxy S20 Ultra there is a MicroSD slot (hybrid / using a SIM slot), with a capacity of up to 1TB. Other Galaxy Note 20 Ultra specifications include a Dynamic AMOLED screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate, 10MP selfie camera (f / 2.2), Exynos 990 chipset, two RAM options and storage media (8GB / 256GB) / (8GB / 512GB) ), and a 4500mAh capacity battery.
Meanwhile, the regular Galaxy Note 20 carries a Super AMOLED Plus screen with a refresh rate of 60 Hz, a 10MP selfie camera (f / 2.2), an Exynos 990 chip, RAM, and storage media (8GB / 256GB), and a 4300mAh capacity battery.
The Galaxy Note 20 Series will enter the pre-order phase on August 21. You can buy its standard version from 925 euros ($1100). The ultra model, however, costs at least 1266 euros ($1505). Its colors are bronze, black, and white.
